PALLC does not participate in insurance policies. If you have a PPO plan, Dr. B will be considered an “out of network” provider. If you wish to seek reimbursement for your sessions, it is advisable to consult with your insurance company to understand their policies regarding mental health benefits for out-of-network providers. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company prior to scheduling treatment. As a self-pay provider, payment is required at the time of service, and we accept all major credit cards. While PALLC does not submit insurance claims on your behalf, we will provide you with the necessary information (date of service, CPT code, and diagnosis) for reimbursement from your insurance company.

PALLC offers discounted rates to undergraduate and graduate students, teachers, and active military. Formal documentation is required prior to scheduling the intake session.
