We provide non-narcotic medication management for children, adolescents, and adults (ages 6 - 65) with issues related to anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Adult clients will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Medication management for adults with ADHD may be offered for individuals with proper documentation of previous diagnosis from an acceptable medical source and confirmation of prior medication trials.
We offer clinical services to our clients remotely via secure video and audio connections by use of personal computer or cellular device. With telehealth, clients can receive care from the comfort of their home or office. These services are available for medication management follow-up visits for stabilized clients and must be agreed upon in advance. We also offer after hours and weekend appointments for established clients. This courtesy decreases the amount of instruction time and work hours missed due to appointments.
REFERRAL FROM PCP
To ensure you are an appropriate candidate for psychotropic medication, a referral from their Primary Care Provider (PCP) is required prior to the prescribing of any medications. The PCP should confirm you have had a well-visit within the past year and outline any current medications, allergies, or significant health conditions.
FREQUENCY OF VISITS
If medication is prescribed or a dosage is changed, a 15-minute follow-up visit will occur within two weeks. This is necessary to ensure proper administration and minimize any side effects you may experience. If your symptoms improve, follow-up visits can be spaced at 1-3-month intervals dependent on your adherence to your treatment plan.
Fees are determined based on the service rendered. Initial clinical interviews for medication management typically last 45-50 minutes. The fee for the initial visit is $250. Medication management, or subsequent visits, typically last 15 minutes. The fee for these follow-up visits is $150.

PALLC does not accept insurance. If you wish to be reimbursed for sessions, it is highly recommended you consult with your insurance company prior to scheduling treatment. Payment is due at the time of service. All major credit cards are accepted. Although PALLC will not file insurance claims on your behalf, you will be provided with the information needed (date of service, CPT code and diagnosis) for reimbursement from your insurance company.
